Kim founded Privileged Faces in October of 2015. Kim fell in love with skincare while getting her Esthetics License to do make up professionally. The Facials Specialist schooling helped her learn to tackle her own skin struggles after dealing with adult acne. Kim wants to help all people feel more comfortable in their skin and to help women leave their make up behind. Kim hails from Midland City, AL and has been a Tampa resident since August 2013. Her passion for entrepreneurship & beauty pushed her into make-up while attending The University of Tampa after serving honorably in the United States Air Force. After college she completed various Veteran entrepreneurship courses which have helped grow her skincare and make up business. Licensed since 2016 Kim has seen over 250 clients & completed over 350 services for a number for skin related issues ranging from acne to fine line & winkles. Newly licensed in Laser Hair Removal & Electrologist in June 2021, new services will be coming in Summer of 2021. In January of 2021 Privileged Faces Skincare rebranded to Glowmour Beauty to be more inclusive of different types of services offered. Sarah Cho is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician, LE, who specializes in advanced clinical skincare including: microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, LED light therapy, high frequency, chemical peels, and microneedling. Other aesthetic services she offers include: lash lift & tint, brow lamination & tint, brow henna, and waxing.
Sarah is also a Licensed Electrologist and Laser Technician, CE, who specializes in permanent hair removal and the reduction of unwanted hair.

Dr. Byron Dean D.O. - Medical Director
Dr. Byron Dean
Dr. Byron Dean D.O. is board certified in Family Medicine with a specific concentration in Geriatrics Health Care. He graduated from Des Moines University In 2002 and has work in central Florida as a primary care physician since. He is a decorated war veteran, having fought in 4 different War Champaigns; Desert Shield-Desert Storm, Liberation of Kuwait, Operation Freedom Iraqi and The War in Afghanistan. He currently continues to serve in the United Stated Army Reserve as Lieutenant Colonel. He sits on the board of The American College of Osteopathic Medicine for the state of Florida. He also serves as a Medical Director for a skilled nursing facility and hospice which he has done the past hseven years. He now also serves as the Medical Director for Glowmour Beauty Medispa. Dr Dean’s vision and purpose is to promote, improve, restore and/or conserve physical, spiritual and behavioral well-being of patients entrusted to his care.
